You were born in innocence and pureness and you are sustained daily by that power and Presence. All of your life experiences have generated the strength, courage and commitment it takes to live a human life. If your human life was not surrounded by your Soul, transmitting life to your heart, relayed by the breath to each cell, you would not be alive.
Alive is not an emotion it is an agreement that generates experiences of movement, change and unity with all life. Recall the last time you felt alive. That is the feeling that lives within you awaiting release as your lifestyle. You are not lost, you never have been. You, is the child that lives in you as your aliveness. Did you lose your child? Your child has never lost you and never will. The only way for you to experience ‘losing your child’ is through mental beliefs and illusions that create a sense of separation from your heart and Soul. Your heart and Soul is the eternal Home for your child.
Aliveness is an inside job. You can see it, feel it and experience it in your heart and Soul. Aliveness is reflected in all of nature, which is free of the distortion of judgment. The human mind, in a state of amnesia, created the illusion of judgment, which generates a belief of being separated from the Divine Order of the universe. When you make an agreement, consciously or unconsciously, to be imprisoned by judgment it diminishes your aliveness in life.
You can change your agreement and commit to Aliveness. Now is the moment. You do not need to go anywhere, read any book, see any movie, study to be worthy or “work” to overcome your inadequacies. Just be still. In this moment, gently turn your view inside and feel your heart and give yourself permission to “see” that precious child that awaits your recognition. BE STILL and feel the love that you are through this child. Receive the love. Embrace your child. Breathe.
When you are ready, slowly turn together and face the world, the one that appears outside of your heart. What do you feel? What do you see? From this moment on, united with the child of your heart and Soul, your experience of life will never be the same.
In innocence and curiosity you can now enter the world anew and experience life at a level of truth that is never available through the illusion of separation, judgment, guilt or shame. Through these innocent eyes you are now viewing life from your heart and Soul, not your mind and beliefs. You get to see the world as your heart knows it to be. From that perception you can make choices that are congruent and harmonious with your Soul Purpose. United with your child, you are the living expression of love in action.
