What age students are you teaching? Every 2.5 years, your students enter another developmental stage of life, as do you. If you have an awareness of your Wheel of Life Cycle as well as the age group you are teaching and the developmental cycles they each of you are in this provides an awareness for you and this particular age group that strengthens your support for the whole class.
Everything is a “looks as if”… something obvious in life is what we respond to and then discover, there is always a deeper more meaningful reason for all experiences.
Everything in life is about relating. In each class, with each student there is the obvious relating going on… and then there is the “real relating” going on. The more you as a teacher can understand the subjective energetics of your life and that of your students the more impactful your Presence in their life and the more stabilized the whole learning environment can be for you in supporting each student.
Your Presence in each child’s life is many times the words and the experience that they “hang onto” for years, into their adulthood, so how you relate to them on an energetic level is many times what is imprinted in their nervous system as well as their memory.
We all need to be seen, heard, and recognized in order to survive. Attention is a primal need and if we do not get attention in a healthy way, we will get attention in any way we can, in order to be seen, hear, and recognized. When you have the ability to appreciate your students in unique and in-depth ways this has a long lasting and profound affect on their lives, as well as yours because your heart and Soul will know you have reached their heart and Soul as well.
Love is all there is, and words are the last and least of the carrier of this life force energy; heart to heart and soul to soul need no words and last forever.
