Do you want to have a better understanding of what is going on at work? These are some questions you can ask:
- How old is the company?
- How long have you been with the company?
- What is your age?
- What is the age of your employer? Employees? Co-workers?
Now when you begin to explore this, using the Wheel of Life Cycles book you can begin to understand so much more of the “hidden dynamics” that influence your every day work world.
The US government decided several years ago, that corporations are a legal “entity”. Besides that ruling, corporations are an energetic entity, having a birth for the corporation and their ongoing life. When you know how old the company is, you can then check the cycle that company is in and know what the focus for this time period is and how that energetically influences the company dynamic that most people are completely unaware of.
Knowing this, then you check your time with the company and you will have some idea of your cycle of life with this company, compared to the cycle of life the company is in. Are these compatible and supportive cycles?
Add the factor of your own personal life cycle and what is your inner and primary focus for you at this time in your life. How does that relate to the time you have been with the company and how old the company is?
If you approximate the ages of your employer, employees, and/or co-workers, this will give you any additional details that may be useful for you to better understand your experiences in your work place.
Remember, no matter what, you are the only person having any experience like “this” and you are the only person who can make choices and changes that will influence the way you want your “life movie” to feel, and be demonstrated.
Each person creates their own movie based on their life experiences and you are either “starring” in your own movie, or an extra in someone else’s movie. Regardless, you are the only one that can change your “life movie” and recast yourself and restage your life conditions until you are living the movie that is meaningful and fulfilling for you.
One day at a time, one choice at a time and one step at a time will allow these changes, in most conditions, to be done consciously rather than through crises.
NO MATTER WHAT… life is change.
