This is an incredible gift to everyone; especially those of us who 'feel' everything in and through their bodies! My sensitivities are something I am truly grateful for, and they can be challenging at times. To have this kind of support just feels so wonderful! I love the affirmation that accompanies the code. I so appreciate the gentle reminder that not every thing I feel or experience in my body as emotion is mine alone...that many times I am/we are tapping into the collective unconscious. Knowing firstly that my power is always with me; that it can not be taken away...and then knowing that I can transform these energies/emotions of hopelessness, despair and unworthiness to LOVE...well, that's the supreme icing on the cake, something I am honored to be a part of shifting!
