Fear is a biochemical response activated by your perception of potential harm - anything that appears life threatening.

Your body is so dedicated to life and aliveness that there is no differentiation of “the lion in the room” - actually, or the perceived “lion in the room”. There is simply the immediate biochemical reaction to protect your life, no matter what.

Always, 24/7, there is a Divine Guardian of your cells managing the trillions of biochemical responses that are influencing your body, your 50 trillion cellular community.

What you think, feel and believe influences the biochemical response that is activated and influencing your cellular community. If you are really interested in sustainable living, the first place to start is inside your personal cellular community.

Can you just imagine if your 50 trillion cells are harmonized and in a state of homeostasis, what a profound affect that would have on your mental, emotional, physical balance and sense of well being? And then, take that one step further, how this would affect those around you, who are feeling and Being in your balanced field. This is a significant contribution to sustainable living.

In today’s world where Fear is a promoted quality, it is essential that each one of us make a commitment to personal wellness, which influences global wellness. This means we have to manage our thinking, our beliefs and our perceptions, since they are arriving, influencing, invading or penetrating our cellular community daily and enhancing our wellness or not.

A couple of tips that are necessary for the body to reduce and release stress and trauma:

Drink water
Deep breaths

Your body is ¾ water and your brain is 40% water, 30% oxygen. You cannot expect your cellular community to respond with aliveness or clarity if you are dehydrated and/or shallow breathing.

Here is a simple, reliable tool that you can use to manage stress in your body and release emotional overwhelm as well:

STRESS REDUCTION

ERASE FOREHEAD Releases emotions, assists by relaxing tension; erase by rubbing your forehead, from the center out to the temples.
(As you erase repeat - I release any energy that darkens my own Light)
Repeat as often as needed until you feel a release from the stress.

TAP THYMUS Stabilizes the body, strengthens the endocrine system, and balances the autonomic nervous system. Your thymus is located on your breastbone at heart level.
(Repeat as you tap -I deeply love and appreciate myself)

TAP THYMUS AND TAP THE BASE OF THE SKULL
Balances, stabilizes, and strengthens the
physical and energy fields of your body.
Tap at the base of the skull at the atlas point.

Repeat as often as needed until you feel a release from the stress.

TRAUMA CODE

1. Start by drinking water

2. Bring all fingertips on one hand together with the thumb

3. Holding this position, place this hand 2 inches above the navel
with fingers pointing into your body. Continue to hold this
placement during the exercise.

4. Take several deep breaths

5. This will align your energy field and assure that reading the
Trauma Code will actually hold the clearing.

6. When finished with any clearings, drink more water.

7. Take several more deep breaths….

When you were born, you said YES to Life with the first breath you took into your baby lungs….and you are still saying YES to Life with each breath.

As you grew up there were mounting numbers of NO that came from all directions in your Life.   Some delivered with the best of INTENT to keep you safe, guide you when experience was lacking, challenge your impulsive choices etc.  Then there were NO’s that affected you from an experience of diminishment, disrespect, dominance, defiance, etc.

These NO’s may have begun to program your conscious choices and behaviors and bury the YES of your heart…the breath of Life.

Now, more than ever is the excellent time/timing to listen to that “still small voice” of your Heart and Soul….the power that keeps calling in the breath, and say YES….YES to your Heart and Soul’s
INTENTIONS.

As long as you are breathing, your Soul commitments are alive and waiting to emerge into LIFE as an expression of gratitude and reverence for all life.  Nothing removes this power to live in gratitude and reverence for all life, even if we think it is lost….it is simply waiting for your recognition which ignites the ability to express.

So this really is a powerful moment of choice for each and every one of us to practice listening to our Heart and Soul and say YES by breathing in our intuition, our deepest awareness and then taking action on those choices and voices from our Heart and Soul.

When we listen from our Heart and Soul, we know TRUTH as a deep inner knowing that has nothing to do with the TV, news, politics, money, social conditions, etc….

This is the language of LIGHT.  The source of our Being, and it is calling us home, NOW, to say YES to life at a wholistic level that matches and resonates with all our relations.

We humans are incredibly polarized in the world today on a variety of issues, many stemming from the economic conditions that have been generated to increase the disparity among people and nations.  The Dalai Lama said in this millennium our greatest challenge would be the disparity between the Have’s and the Have Nots……and so it appears to be.

I see this disparity not only in economics but in education, human rights, respect for all life on this planet, natural resources….etc…the humans are the ONLY species not part of the food chain and we are the ONLY species whose only contribution is consciousness.  Therefore, it appears essential that we WAKE UP…that we begin to think, outside the proverbial box, and think into the future of life united, beyond political systems, governments, color, religion, race or??????

The ONLY way I know to do that is to begin to THINK and QUESTION our own beliefs, our own choices, our own behavior and what influence and price that has on humanity and all life on this planet, on a daily basis.

In the evolution of life, polarity is a key factor that preempts transformation, transcendence and change.  We seem to be fully in this polarity on this planet, a good sign of evolution.

After having lived for 8 months in Japan in the last 4 years, my eyes, heart and hope has been tremendously opened to tragedy, brilliance, trauma, inspiration, cruelty and kindness….in every so many ways, in ever so many nations around the world.

No matter what our culture, language, nationality we all create our own reality from our life experiences, beliefs, social programming and subliminal cultural behaviors that have been used for so many generations they are unconsciously influencing the masses.

This I believe is what we are awakening to throughout the world.  When I am in Japan and read the international news and realize how enormous this change is…I know this is the paradigm shift that is essential for all life to continue.

I was in such despair 3 years ago, because of the atrocities that are being committed in the name of America, world wide, financed and flaunted by multinational corporations using all nations as pawns on the chessboard of life with humans as the most disposable items.  When I discovered this, I knew NOW IS THE TIME for all humans to WAKE UP and think with their heart and Soul, and have their thinking begin to direct new beliefs, choices, decisions and actions or we would not have life as we know it and desire it in our hearts…..a sustainable future for all life.

I believe the U.S. has a destiny as the youngest nation, the nation created at GREAT risk…courageously crossing an ocean, in FAITH that they would reach the opposite shore….we are instilled with this FAITH. Then the first shore was not enough challenge, so across the plains came the next great adventures, to this sacred land of California.

The change is consciousness. It is as HUGE as was the change in consciousness when we “discovered” the world is NOT FLAT…it never was and never will be…..someone made that up and many died as a result of that erroneous belief….and upon that discovery CHANGE had to occur collectively.

Today is another shift is consciousness as HUGE as the previous one. For me, that is the ONLY TRUTH there is….my hearts desire, is that we get there with as much consciousness as possible, that we each become accountable for our thinking, our beliefs, our choices, our perceptions and our decisions, and our action…that is the ONLY way we will have a future that does NOT duplicate the past.

Duplicating the past is not an option in evolution so NOW is the ONLY reality to launch our future from.  Otherwise, we are slammed in our faces by the atrocities that we humans are generating on this planet…..causing immense suffering because we want to be dominant.  We want to be RIGHT!!!  This is not worthy of evolution for any species.

Our children remind us, over and over with each birth, that there is NO DUPLICATION, each life, each breath is a new moment and YET we fight and kill people in the name of being RIGHT and requiring duplication.  This appears to be insane to me.

So for me, whether it is FOX NEWS, CNN, BBC, the foreign news, MOVEON.org, TrueMajority, etc…it really doesn’t matter.  What matters?……IS THIS NEWS CAUSING PEOPLE TO THINK….VS REACT???

Reaction comes from our attachment to our fears, our beliefs and our history, sick or not; we are committed to repeat it because it feels familiar and we translate that as “safe”.

History, as we have created it, is NOT safe for our children or any sustainable future life on this planet.  LOVE is safe and we are so afraid of love we are more committed to being RIGHT…according to our  “his story” and our perceptions of our safety….what is most familiar.

It is challenging in America right now to be a thinking individual, because the media manipulation here is greater than I even imagined, until I was shown how international news reports “news”…the good, the bad and the ugly….and how much more the rest of the world knows of our politics and political choices than we the citizens of the US…it is tragic…..and yet, in America, we have brilliant thinking people who are following their heart and Soul call….giving voice to what they believe is “right” , hopeful, encouraging, etc… and willing to risk all in sharing their views with others.

So what I celebrate is we are attempting to wake up…to think and feel deeply into our essential nature, our Soul, and have the courage to tell ourselves the TRUTH that lives in us…not what others think or believe but what causes our breath to return to our body, every time we release it?  What is the call inside of us that keeps us wanting to wake up each morning?

All things outside of us are symptomatic of the conditions inside of us….there is no other reality, so the issues in the world will not be solved, dissolved or resolved outside of us…we are the mirror of the infinite and we are the translators of this life force…that is why I wake up and call the breath back into my body, even after 68 years, because I believe in LOVE, I believe in the goodness in the heart and Soul of every human Being….no matter what!!!
